        Jag gissar att det är Erik Johnson som har garagestädning efter det att han, förmodligen, har lyckats sälja sin pärla. Erik Carlssons vinnarbil från RAC 1960.

          Jodå Mats,det stämmer vad jag vet,

          RAC-Bilen är såld och levererad till England efter mycket ståhej. Bilen byggd av Pelle Rudh och co för Erik .

          Som kuriosa kan nämnas att Erik Carlsson donerade sitt eget RAC märke att fästa i grillen till Eric Jonsson för ett antal år sedan

          Bilen var kort efter båtresan med på någon motorshow i England tidigare i år.

          Ja det var en lång lista delar, men det blir det ju lätt när man haft denna hobby ett tag..

            Nja. Nu har det blivit fel va? Den bil som Pelle byggde är ”253:an” eller vad den heter. Den här bilen är en annan som de har donat med i USA. Jag kollade upp regnumret på den redan för 16 år sedan och den enda info som fanns var att den var exporterad. Har en kopia på regbeviset kvar faktiskt. Men observera att det är en 96 DeLuxe. Ingen GT vilket man påstår i USA. Eller påstått kanske man ska säga. Jag har haft en del kontakt med Erik Johnson och han berättade att någon tycks ha byggt om den till GT. Jag har hans berättelse någonstans. Han har för övrigt svensk släkt som har hjälpt honom med att kolla den svenska historian om bilen och det är sant att Erik C skänkte honom det där märket.

            Om jag fattade Erik J rätt när jag språkade med honom för ett tag sedan så skulle bilen tillbaka till USA för försäljning. Jag hörde ett pris någonstans men jag associerade inte detta med innehållet i min plånbok..

            Jag tycker att det är en höjdare att bilen finns kvar i alla fall. Vinnarbilen från RAC 1960. Sanslöst egentligen.
