Time again to watch the 1000cc Cupen at the Falkenberg Classic weekend. Testing on Friday 12th. Qualifying is on Saturday morning, 13th, with the first 1000cc Cupen race after 14:30. The second 1000cc Cupen race will be on Sunday 14th in the monring.
I have tried making contact to organize parking for Saab’s but have not been able to get anyone to help. It could be my bad Swedish or when I have to revert to English to expain myself. If anyone else can make contact with the organizers and arrange parking for Saab’s, either in the center area of the track or by the main grandstand, for Saturday 13th, please do so and put the details on the forum.
Hopefully there will be a good turn out of Saab’s and enthusiasts to give support to the Saab drivers in the 1000cc Cupen.
That was certainly a good weekend at the racetrack and the 1000cc Cupen the most entertaining of all the race, well done to all.
Haven’t had a chance to go through all the photos but it was fun seeing the different cars in the 1000cc Cupen.
Seems like Anders Jensen (No 34) had a bit of an arguement with someone in the second heat.
And Karl-Gustaf Rundberg found that when pushing for 3rd place it is better with 4 wheels, not 3. Thankfully only pride and car were hurt.Will post more images once I have had a chance to go through them properly.
Falkenberg Classic var i år en väldigt välbesökt tävling (speciellt på söndagen) och det var många bekanta ansikten.
