          It’s a car – drive it!

There must be lots of italian car transports driving to Sweden reagulary with new alfas, fiats etc to the swedish dealers.
Perhaps you can get one to transport a car from sweden to italy on ther way back.

Saab 94 does exist, it’s the first version of the Sonett, the cabriolet.
Saab 91 is an airplane, 97 is the later version of Sonett, 98 is a prototype of V4 combi coupé.
          Try googling for pictures.

            Thank.

            Sorry Vinkel4, I look for: saab 90-91-92-93-94-95-96-97-98-99-100-101-102.

I believe all the major car transporters require a car that is possible to drive so they usually say no to ”objects”. Only options is to come and get it your self or by boat/container from Gothenburg.

                Hello Fabio!

I think the best way is to take a car and trailer and you pick it up yourself.
Car transportation companys is generally craving fully working cars & are NOT interrested in custom matters for old ones….

The (very, very few) companys that take care of matters like this will also charge you according to the work requried for them, i.e make sure that you have the (BIG) budget for it.

Sorry for my maybe somewhat straightforward and harsh answer, but I do now the realities in cases like yours.

Container transportation might be an option

                Sincerey Yours

Hello Fabio, the Saab 91 does exists, it´s the real thing, an aeroplane (I could not resist the spelling) The Saab Safir (saphire) a trainer and the 94 is the first of the Sonetts. The 91 is possible to find and the 94, not so easy.

                      But, good luck!

                        Hello People,
The distance between Rome to the city of the car is 3000 km (x2 = 6000 km). It’s vey hight distance so I think that the right way is to put the car on trasportes track or on train.
To drive for 6000 km required 1 week on the street and one (second) week to sleep because I’m tired. And the risk is hight.
                        I think this.
Tomorrow I call Gunnar Karlsson: +46 470 71 99 81 and ask if is possible to get one car for me.
If thery have a long track, I buy all saab that I meet on the street…….
                        Many many thanks.

                          Fabio…

If you buy an old car which is in bad shape and can’t even be driven then you have a lot of work ahead of you. You’re going to be spending months and months of work on it before it’s in shape, registered, and ready to drive in italy.

Why, then, not spend the first week of this long process driving? It will be a nice holiday, a fun experience and a bit of an adventure. Plus you can stop at the Saab museum on the way, and arrange to meet a few of the Saabklubben people in person along the way.

Maybe you can contact the Swedish Alfa club, or some other club for Italian cars. Then you could bring an Alfa with you on the way up and meet the Swede somewhere in germany to switch cars. Or you could just bring an Alfa GTV6 or some other nice Italian classic with you, and sell it in Sweden for a profit. Just an idea.

You can try with ”Eurotransport i Örebro AB” 0046-(0)19 240 280, their major transports goes to Germany (also goes to Italy) and they also transport damaged cars so perhaps they can help you.
                                Good luck.
