      Dear Swedish Saab guys,
My name is Mateusz and I am a Saab enthusiast from Poland.
Since a few months I am continuing a rolling renovation of an old Saab 99 manufactured in 1971 with Triumph 1.85 engine.
As far I haven’t found a big problem with acquisition of shock absorbers (there are plenty of them in the US), but I still cannot find any matching suspension springs. Everything offered in the web matches later 99s and nobody knows if it would match an early 99.
Could you help me and provide the springs dimensions? I mean front and rear. Or maybe somebody used later springs that would match the standard shock absorbers and the car would remain on the normal height?

I think your society is my last chance to avoid manufacturing matching springs at a local workshop. Please help to keep this nice car on the road, there are just a few of them left alive.

I am looking forward to hear from you soon.

      Best regards,
      Mateusz Jankowski

        Active coils: 7.5
        Wire diameter: 13.6 mm
