The team of Saabberichten, the magazine of the Saabclub in Holland would like to send its heartfelt condolences to the family of Rolf, his friends and all who morn about the untimely death of Rolf.
Last saturday arriving at the Kinnekulle ring we were lost for words when we heard that Rolf went out on the track never to come out of his car again.
We just met Rolf and his brother Anders on the monday before, visiting the workshop with the beautiful Saab’s being prepared for the season. We were truly impressed by this very very friendly tall man and the fact that, despite the pressure for the oncoming season, he and his brother took the time to show us around.
We hope there is some solace in the fact that passing away doing what you most like to do is only for truly great people..
We would like to wish Godspeed to Rolf at the big two stroke event in the skies
