One more observation: if the engine/gearbox is still cold changing gears (especially revers) is no problem. After ca. 10 minutes, when warmed up, the problem is starting.
If I want to change the clutch, how do I know I have the right one?
if it is only when warm I would go for an oilchange first. At least try a different brand or whatever. A problem in the clutch department would not cause different behavior as the temperature rises.
At least there is oil in the gearbox. What is the size of the level plug?
I tried it again today: changing gear (reverse) is no problem cold, after 5 minutes problems. Could the oil be too thin?

The story continues. My local specialist made some adjustments (to increase the play), which helped, until now. Same problem, changing into first is difficult and into rear not possible.
My specialist placed rings between the clutch plate and the flywheel, which solved the problem (at least partly). Shifting gears is no problem, just now and then it jumps out of first and third gear. Could that be caused by slack in the adjustment of the gear?
Do you have normal (full) pedal travel of the clutch pedal?
I had similar problem as you. Pedal travel was only about 50% of normal caused by a too thick clutch disc, as such reducing the effective travel of slave cylinder.
Yes, the pedal travel is normal. Changing gears is without problems, only now and then it jumps out of 1st and 3rd gear, that is why I suspect the adjusment of the gearchange mechanism.
