Hej alla,
Min ’65 Monte / Idrott är glaciär blå med en med en grå / brun inredning (se bilder). Är denna kombination original?
Dessutom, någon som vet var jag kan köpa en fin begagnad Monte / Sport interiör, eller var jag kan köpa en trevlig autentisk återgivning interiör?

Also, anyone know where I can purchase a nice used Monte/Sport interior, or where I can purchase a nice authentic reproduction interior?

Jim PascaleBrown is not original to your blue car. It should look like on the Picture.
A woman in Finland does the fabrics and SMS Autofabrics does the vinyl. The most difficult part to fix is the door panels.
Your grey and Brown interior was fitted in Brown,green and yellow cars

Jag kommer att installera om min beige och brun inredning, eftersom det är svårt att hitta dörrpaneler är original paneler. Totalt sett ser det inte så illa.
Fredrik, eller andra Saab enthusiaists, om du ser en blå inredning till salu låt mig veta. Jag kommer att försöka köpa det eller kanske handla för mitt inre.
Bilderna av den blå interiören du postat – de är av icke-original blå inredning, korrekt? Här är ett foto av en blå interiör jag hittade. Det är helt annorlunda, men ser mycket original. Kommentarer?

I will re-install my beige and brown interior, since the hard to find door panels are original panels. Overall, it does not look too bad.
Fredrik, or fellow Saab enthusiaists, if you see a blue interior for sale please let me know. I will attempt to buy it or perhaps trade for my interior.
The photos of the blue interior you posted – they are of a non-original blue interior, correct? Here’s a photo of a blue interior I found. It is quite different but looks very original. Comments?

Wow! I have never seen that interior color combination before. Do you know the owner of the car? I would like to email him to see if he would be willing to take a couple of detailed, high resolution photos of the seats and door cards, so I can use the photos to try to match the materials.
And you are absolutely sure this is the proper blue combination for a Glacier Blue car? The car in the photos seems to be Arctic Blue in color?
Anyone else reading this if you know where I can get a nice used set of this interior or where I can purchase matching materials please email me.

2009 9-3 SC tidThis Pictures are from an artic blue 1963 Sport (GT 850) They got the same interior as on the Monte Carlo you got.
I have this car in my garage on service right now if you want more or better Pictures I will be happy to help you.
Blue/Blue interior was fitted in some grey cars -1963 and in all blue cars -1966

It was originally white from new and was later re-painted glacier-blue. The interior is red. Front seats were remanufactured at some time. The rest of the interior is original. Blue cars never came with red interior.

Har du medvetet installera röd inredning i Glacier Blå bil eller var det bara är tillgängliga för dig? Jag skulle uppskatta om du kunde skicka mig några högupplösta bilder som visar utsidan av bilen samtidigt som interiören, för att se hur väl kombinationen fungerar.
Och, ja, Fredrik, jag skulle verkligen uppskatta några högupplösta bilder av den korrekta blå inredning för min Glacier Blue Monte, med tillräckligt detaljerat för att matcha vinyl, beading och tyg.

Morton, thank you for posting the link to Glenn’s car. Glen, I love the Monte/Sport red interior – it is my favorite. Did you purposely install the red interior in your Glacier Blue car or was it just avaiable to you? I would appreciate it if you could send me some high resolution photos that show the exterior of the car at the same time as the interior, to see how well the combination works.
And, yes, Fredrik, I would very much appreciate some high resolution photos of the correct blue interior for my Glacier Blue Monte, with enough detail to match the vinyl, beading and fabric.

Mirkka in Finland can do the fabrics but I Think you can get something similar is USA
Glenn says that his car was original White = red and red interior
Red/Red was in White and Black cars. Very nice colour combination.
