I’m not too sure what they are saying, but i think the photography is very good!
The song also brings back some great memories, i remember my dad singing this when i used to go with him during the school holidays in his lorry.

Yes, you are right, that is the song! The Swedish lyrics are very similar, yet with some minor changes, e.g. the guys name is Tom and not Fred, but the triple carburetor is the same!
