what is the last chassis numbers of saab 96 V4?

Hello wanderful people (and car (not volvo, remember).
I wold know the last chassis number of saab model 96 v4.
I’m interested to know the range of chassi number of last 300 saab 96 v4.

Many thanks and remember…i would buy all saab that survive in the world. 🙂

So, if the following are the last chassi-numbers:

1980: Finska Ch.nr. 96 806000001-96 806002820

the last 300 exaples of saab 96 v4 are:

96 806002[color:#CC0000]521[/color]-96 806002820 ?????

Is correct this approac to problem?

Unfortunately, it’s not quite that easy. The last 300 (meaning the blue ones with alloys) seem to have their chassi numbers spread out among all the 1980 96:s. There should be an old forum thread about this somewhere in here.

Edit:
Found the thread. Swedish only though. The earliest chassi number mentioned for a genuine ”anniversary” model is 96806001982.

So, it’s quite likely the ”last 300” aren’t in fact the last ones manufactured, but a limited series of 300 cars manufactured within the last model year.

Hi Chakka,

but i don’t have understarstand one word…
So i wold know what is the chassi range that i put in my private saab car museum, in italy.
In Holland (NL) was sold 150 cars like last 300 with soccer wheels and not banana wheels. But these 150 saab are before or after the ”last 300”??
I’m very confused. Please, help me and more important…look for me one ”last 300”
