      hej
      är det nån som haft problem med att få ignitor till 2-t att fungera???
      tycks ha gjort enligt beskrivning men det funkar bara inte, noll gnista ppå stiften
      är fördelare med vacuum

        Jeg hadde problem da jeg prøvde å ta el fra el-kabelen til bensinpumpen.
        Fungerte da jeg tok el fra + på tenningsnøkkelen.

        Been a Saab owner since 1987.
        I have owned at least 50 Saabs, mainly older Saabs.

          testa om enheten fungerar.

          mät först om du har spänning till ignitorn.

          koppla sedan bort den och ha spänning på tändspolen och tappa sedan en sladd från minus på spolen til gjord. är det gnista då så är det enheten det är fel på.

              Hej ,

              pertronix is rubbish . I’ve been removed mine for something else .
              Apparently Pertronix prefer to produce esthetic ignition than ugly product but which could work .
              By hidding parts ,they get hot and the coil too and it stops working . ggggrrrrrrrrrr !!

                Hej.
                Köpte ett av XP för längesen.
                Det var till min 96-60, utan vaccumdosa.
                Det funkade inte alls till en början, men efter att ha shimsat upp läshuvudet ca 1-2mm så har det funkat perfekt i många år nu.

                  Lumenition Optronic Ignition

                    A problem with the Lumenition may be that it’s optic, it works with a light beam that’s interrupted and the LED or lens can get dirty with oil and dust so that the ligh beam cannot get through, then the ignition stops working until you clean everything.
                    I have one ’79 96 with such an optic system (Newtronic) but it works fine.
                    My other 2 V4s (’77 96, ’72 97) have the magnetic Pertronix, I’ve only had one go bad and it was replaced under Pertronix warranty.

                    Pertronix has a kit for 3 cyl. two stroke engines, but you must make sure that it gets 12 V, so you cannot connect it to the coil directly, as the 93 may have a ballast resistor that reduces the voltage to the coil.
